Welcome to the new Indianapolis Wedding Professionals Network blog and Website. As you can see, I’ve been very busy setting up the new website, all we need now is all our members to have their listings posted. This can be done by filling out the Membership Application on the Website. Here is a link, http://www.indianapolisweddingprofessionals.com/Member_Application_form.htm , when you get to the page, please follow the instructions to post your listings. There are still a few minor bugs to work out on the site, but it is up and running and has even been optimized and listed with the major search engines, this will take some time to propagate, but we should noticed in a very short time due to the way the site was set-up, with the search engines in mind!!!! Please don’t wait to post your listings as this will help us climb the search engine ladder much faster. While your at the site, look it over, and feel free to offer any suggestions, send comments to iwpn@sbcglobal.net, this is the official IWPN E-mail address so add it to your address book!! This is the address that Vendor Request forms will be sent from when a Bride fills out the form, each member will receive this e-mail as the forms come in. The forms will show the Vendor Categories that she requested so members can respond accordingly!!! Now on to the blog!!!
The blog is set up for the most part, but is fully functional, I do still need to tweak the layout a bit, and come up with colors that will look nice to our visitors. This is also where you can find the latest news about our group, check meeting dates and so on. It is available to all members to use, but only the core group will have access to the posting section, please submit any articles or information you would like posted to one of the core group members and they will see that it gets posted. Be sure to add the blog to you favorites list so you find the latest news when you need it. Well, that’s about it for now, I’ll have more info and can answer questions at the March 17th meeting.
